How We Work

- Technical proposal — sampling design, field plan, team and itemised budget within [3–5] working days.
- Inception — piloted, translated tools (n=50 minimum pilot) approved within 10 days of contract.
- Delivery — CAPI collection with GPS validation, daily QC and 15% supervisor back-checks; live progress dashboard.
- Decision-use handover — field-verified dataset, codebook and data-quality report.
In the East African Context
Field data collection across our seven core countries means enumerators who speak Acholi, Lugbara, Kiswahili and Arabic; sampling that handles refugee settlements and pastoralist mobility; and CAPI systems that work offline where connectivity fails. Our roster of 60+ pre-qualified enumerators and 18 field supervisors, active across 23+ districts and humanitarian settings, was built for exactly this.
